Before lighting your candle, write a petition naming what you are ready to heal, release, or surrender.

You may place a small glass or bowl of fresh water beside the candle as a symbolic representation of cleansing, renewal, and emotional restoration.

As the candle burns, pray over your petition or sit quietly with the intention:

May what has become heavy be washed from me.
May peace return where there has been unrest.
May healing reach the places that need it most.
