By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to update product information, availability, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Changes will be reflected on our website and will apply prospectively, unless otherwise required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Orders, Pricing & Availability
All product prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when your order is submitted and accepted.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and additional fees will be presented during checkout before payment confirmation.
Many BehatiLife products are handcrafted, prepared in small batches, or available in limited quantities. Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you regarding the available options, which may include a suitable replacement with your approval or a refund for the unavailable item.
We reserve the right to cancel orders involving pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances preventing fulfillment. Any payment collected for an order canceled by BehatiLife will be refunded.
Payments & Security
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
BehatiLife does not directly collect or store complete payment card details on its website. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor in accordance with its security practices and policies.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information when completing a purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
Processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, order volume, seasonal demand, and the nature of handcrafted or individually prepared items.
Once an order has shipped, carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at info@behatilife.com so we can review the circumstances and assist where possible.
International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
Because many BehatiLife products are handmade, spiritually prepared, or created with natural ingredients, purchases are generally considered final sale unless otherwise specified.
We are unable to accept routine returns or exchanges for custom-prepared items or products purchased in error.
However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact info@behatilife.com as soon as possible with your order information and, when applicable, photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
Digital Products & Memberships
BehatiLife may offer downloadable materials, spiritual education, digital readings, and subscription-based experiences, including BehatiLove Notes.
Digital products are provided in the format described in their individual listings. Please review all product details, access instructions, and applicable refund terms before purchasing.
Membership subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing frequency selected at checkout. Applicable pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be presented when subscribing.
Members may request assistance with billing or cancellation by contacting info@behatilife.com.
Canceling a membership prevents future renewals according to the applicable subscription terms. Membership access and any refund eligibility will be determined by the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law.
Readings, Appointments & Cancellations
When booking a private reading, consultation, or other scheduled service with Jessica, you are reserving time specifically allocated to your appointment.
We kindly request at least seven calendar days' advance notice for appointment cancellations.
If you need to cancel or request a change to your appointment, please email info@behatilife.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations made fewer than seven calendar days before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price, provided the applicable fee was disclosed when booking.
If Jessica is unable to complete a scheduled service and an alternative appointment cannot be mutually arranged, payment for the unperformed service will be refunded.
Additional booking conditions, when applicable, will be disclosed before payment.
Spiritual Services & Disclaimer
BehatiLife offers products and services intended to support personal reflection, spiritual exploration, ritual practice, and individual empowerment.
Our tarot readings, astrology interpretations, intuitive guidance, rituals, and related offerings are provided for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes.
They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Spiritual interpretations are inherently personal and subjective. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, future events, relationship developments, financial results, or manifestations.

Apothecary Products & Safety
BehatiLife offers ritual oils, candles, herbs, botanicals, sprays, spiritual preparations, stones, and other apothecary products.
Unless expressly identified and labeled otherwise, these products are intended for external, decorative, or spiritual use only and are not intended for human consumption.
Please observe the following precautions:
Do not ingest ritual oils, herbs, sprays, floor washes, or other spiritual preparations.
Review product descriptions and ingredient information before use, particularly if you have allergies, sensitivities, or existing health concerns.

BehatiLife SMS Program
By voluntarily enrolling in BehatiLife's SMS messaging program, you expressly agree to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages from BehatiLife at the mobile telephone number you provide.
Messages may include daily astrological insights, spiritual guidance, BehatiLove Notes announcements, membership information, product launches, restock notifications, exclusive offers, ritual updates, and other BehatiLife-related communications.
SMS MARKETING TERMS
By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS marketing from BehatiLife, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from BehatiLife at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from BehatiLife.
